PT Golden Dacron as a local furniture manufacture, together with PT Home Center Indonesia that operates furniture & home living retail stores of INFORMA and SELMA, establish strategic partnership in producing and marketing local furniture – marked by the signing of cooperation at 9 August 2022 that took place at Golden Dacron factory in Serang, Banten. This is also as a commitment of Home Center Indonesia in supporting "Local Products Use Enhancement" program by Indonesia Ministry of Industry.
Besides management from both sides, this event was also attended by representative from Ministry of Industry - Ignatius Warsito as Temporary Official of Directorate General Chemical Industry, Pharmacy, and Textile - who said, "We appreciate this cooperation initiative between PT Golden Dacron and PT Home Center Indonesia, in line with 'Local Products Use Enhancement' program. Together, let's keep synergizing to enhance production and use of local products."
As quoted from press release on Ministry of Industry's website, the growth of Indonesia's manufacture sector increases well, shown by Purchasing Managers’ Index of Indonesia manufacture rate that reaches 51.3 and becomes the highest compared to other ASEAN countries. One of crucial factor in this positive trend comes from the demand of local products for household consumptions, which becomes the focus of Ministry of Industry, 'Local Products Use Enhancement'.

Not merely domestic market, Golden Dacron has also conducted its first export to Singapore last June - together with INFORMA, for products of sofa, working tables and chairs, also another furniture for ‘work from home’, manufactured in the 16,600 sqm factory in Serang, Banten. Through this strategic partnership, PT Golden Dacron & PT Home Center Indonesia become more optimistic that their products can become more familiar in international market.
