Living World Denpasar celebrates its three-year journey by reinforcing its sustainability impact for the people of Denpasar and surrounding areas through a variety of social and environmental programs.

Supporting Child Growth and Health in Tonja Village

As part of its commitment to creating added value for the surrounding community, Living World Denpasar introduced a social initiative titled “Supporting Child Growth and Health in Tonja Village” on 23 March 2026, at Bamboo Stage, Living World Denpasar. This program serves as support for Posyandu activities, particularly in enhancing children’s health and development in the Tonja Village area.

Tonja Village, located near Living World Denpasar, consists of 10 banjars (neighborhood communities), with approximately 150 toddlers actively participating in Posyandu activities. To support these needs, Living World Denpasar provided various facilities to help optimize Posyandu operations.

In collaboration with AZKO, INFORMA, and Toys Kingdom, the assistance included 10 units of digital baby scales, 200 children’s water bottles, and 150 toy packages distributed across the 10 banjars. Additional support was also provided by Prof. dr. I.G.N.G. Ngoerah General Hospital through educational sessions on child growth and development led by specialist doctors, along with free health check-up services.

Regarding this matter, Tonja Village presented an award in appreciation of the support provided.

3 Years of Growing Together with the People of Bali

As part of its long-term commitment to delivering meaningful impact, Living World Denpasar has consistently carried out various social initiatives over the past three years, covering environmental, health, social, and community empowerment aspects.

In the environmental sector, Living World Denpasar has collected 158 kilograms of plastic bottle waste and processed 64 kilograms of used chopsticks into functional products reused within the mall area. These sustainability efforts are strengthened by the operation of a solar power plant (PLTS) with a capacity of 502.2 kWp, contributing to a reduction of carbon emissions by up to 600.65 tons—equivalent to planting approximately 821 trees—alongside routine environmental and river clean-up activities with the Tonja Village community.

In the health sector, programs such as blood donation drives and regular health check-ups have reached hundreds of people, collecting around 373 blood bags from more than 500 participants, as well as conducting more than 20 health check-up activities covering physical, mental, and child development health.

In the social sector, Living World Denpasar has distributed approximately 1,500 aid packages to communities affected by disasters, while also providing support programs for children with disabilities through healthcare services and educational initiatives.

For community empowerment, Living World Denpasar actively supports local MSMEs by providing business spaces, facilitating business matching, and offering education on trading in modern retail environments, with a total of 220 MSMEs participating in 2025. Living World Denpasar also serves as an open space for art, cultural, music communities, and educational institutions to host various activities that promote and preserve Balinese culture.

Maria Lucia Lazuardi, General Manager of Living World Denpasar, said, “For us, these three years are not only about the growth of a destination, but also about the relationships we have built with the surrounding community. Every collaboration, every social initiative, and every moment shared with our visitors becomes part of a growing collective story. We hope Living World Denpasar will always be a warm, inclusive, and relevant space for the community.”

Besides strengthening its sustainability impact, Living World Denpasar’s 3rd anniversary celebration titled “GOLD3N BLOOM,” is also enlivened with a variety of exciting programs, including a 3,000-shot fireworks display, a three-week festival featuring 300 MSME products, and a three-day grand celebration.
