The program is open to fresh graduates from all majors and runs for about 9 to 12 months, depending on the track. Participants first learn systems and SOPs at the Head Office, then step into the field through on-the-job training and rotate across business units to gain real exposure, not just theory.

The Merchandising Management Trainee suits people with strong analytical skills who are curious about merchandising, inventory planning, category management, and buyer specialist roles.
