Since 2008, PT Golden Dacron (Golden Dacron) has been an integral part of Kawan Lama Group in the Manufacturing & Engineering business pillar. Operating from its factory with a 14,000 sqm area in Cikande, Banten, Golden Dacron produces over 250,000 units of mattresses annually, comprising portable, trundle, bonnell spring, pocket spring, and full foam types. Golden Dacron also manufactures more than 1,000,000 pillows, 150,000 office chairs, and 200,000 door mats in a year.

Golden Dacron supports Indonesia's economic growth and domestic textile industry by using local materials, therefore promotes local suppliers and empowers industry independence. The materials used have complied with international standards, such as foam with CertiPUR-US standar and textile with OEKO-TEX Standard 100. Aligned with Kawan Lama Group's focus on sustainability, Golden Dacron incorporates advanced equipment, including automated quilting machines, high-precision fabric cutters, and roll pack machines for sustainable packaging. All these initiatives were taken to optimize production efficiency while minimizing environmental impact through transportation emission reduction.

In accordance with the mission of Kawan Lama Group that focuses on sustainable business and commitment to contribute in promoting TKDN (Domestic Component Level) enhancement in its supply chain, Golden Dacron employs 100% local workforce.

Golden Dacron’s products are distributed through store networks of Kawan Lama Group, namely INFORMA, SELMA, and ACE Indonesia, also ruparupa, the omnichannel solution of Kawan Lama Group, to reach the customers all over Indonesia.
