Kawan Lama Group has once again earned recognition at the regional level by winning two awards at the HR Asia Awards 2026: Best Companies to Work for in Asia 2026 (Indonesia Chapter), received by Sandra Hardjana, Human Capital Director, and the Tech Empowerment Awards 2026, received by Veronica Venny Hartono, Comben & HC System Analysis General Manager. The awards were presented by Datuk William Ng, Chairman of HR Asia Best Companies to Work for in Asia Awards  at The Ritz-Carlton Jakarta (8/6). 

HR Asia Awards 2026 is one of the region’s most prestigious Human Capital awards, recognizing organizations that demonstrate excellence in human resource management practices, workplace culture, and employee experience across Asia. 

The awards were based on a comprehensive evaluation process that included an employee survey using the Total Engagement Assessment Model (TEAM), an independent audit, and assessments of various company initiatives covering workplace culture, talent development, diversity and inclusion, ESG, and the use of technology in the workplace.

Sandra Hardjana, Human Capital Director of Kawan Lama Group, stated that employees are an essential part of the company’s growth journey.

In addition, the Tech Empowerment Awards 2026 were presented in recognition of the company’s use of technology to support productivity, collaboration, and operational effectiveness.
