Sandra Hardjana

Sandra is responsible for human resources management at Kawan Lama Group business units covering from recruitment, training and development, employee health and welfare, affirmative action, employee relations, to administrative policies; including to instill corporate values of I AM ELITE as a culture that is strongly embraced by all members of the Kawan Lama Group family. Through her long experience as HR in Astra Group, in charged in several essential roles related to human resources field such as Talent Acquisition & People Development Section Head, HR & GA Manager, HRIS Manager, and HR Head. She was also the General Manager of Human Resources at PT Tunas Ridean, Tbk, prior joining the Kawan Lama Group in 2020. She graduated from Atma Jaya Catholic University, majoring in psychology.
