A total of 800 pet parents ("pawrents") and their furry companions ("anabul") gathered at QBIG BSD City for PAWJOG 9. Carrying the theme Fun Care Bonding, the event created a space for pet parents and their beloved pets to stay active while strengthening their bond through fun, heartwarming activities.

This year's PAWJOG series previously stopped at Living World Denpasar and Living World Kota Wisata Cibubur, with QBIG BSD City marking the closing leg.

According to Bertha Hapsari, Vice President of Marketing Communication at PET KINGDOM, this year's PAWJOG journey has been filled with warm, memorable moments.

"Throughout this year, we've witnessed so many heartwarming moments in every city we visited, from the joy of pets completing challenges, to the happiness of pet parents and children spending time with their beloved companions, to new friendships formed among fellow animal lovers," said Bertha.

She added that she hopes PAWJOG 9 at QBIG will be an enjoyable experience that inspires more families to make pet activities part of their lifestyle.

So, what made PAWJOG 9 at QBIG BSD stand out? Here are three highlights.

1. A Jogging Route Designed for Both Dogs and Cats

The main activity at PAWJOG 9 was a jog with pets, with routes of 3 KM and 1.8 KM around QBIG BSD City. Participants were divided into two categories based on pet type—dogs and cats. Dog participants started first, followed by cat participants after a set interval, an arrangement designed to keep the experience safe and comfortable for both types of pets, given their different characters.

2. Agility Training to Test Teamwork Between Pets and Their Humans

Beyond distance, PAWJOG 9 also featured Agility Training, challenging the agility, focus, and teamwork between pet parents and their pets. Working through a series of obstacles together helped participants build communication and trust. After completing the challenge, participants could take a short break at the Refreshment area before heading to the finish line.

3. A Lineup of Educational and Interactive Activities

The PAWJOG 9 experience was rounded out with educational talk shows featuring experts, along with competitions and interactive games for both dogs and cats. This mix of education, entertainment, and togetherness made the event feel more complete. At the finish line, every participant who completed the route received a medal, a goodie bag, shopping vouchers, and other surprises in appreciation of their effort alongside their pets.

From the jogging route and agility challenge to the supporting activities, PAWJOG 9 at QBIG BSD made for a fitting close to this year's series. See you at the next round of PAWJOG, with more pawrents and pets from cities across Indonesia.
