The atmosphere at Kawan Lama Group's Head Office took on a whole new spirit as it transformed into a playground of discovery. In celebration of National Children's Day 2026, more than 40 children of employees put on their adventure passports and stepped into the role of young explorers for the Kids Office Adventure 2026 program, themed "Great Adventure with Kawan Lama Group." Over the course of a full day, they explored, created, and uncovered new stories about the world their parents work in every day.
The Adventure Begins: Touring the Office and Becoming Young Entrepreneurs
The journey began with an Office Tour, as the children made their way floor by floor to see firsthand the workspaces where their parents spend their days. Guided by their companions, their curiosity was finally answered: so this is what the office they had only heard about actually looks like.
The adventure continued with Career Adventure, held in collaboration with Toys Kingdom Indonesia. Here, the children took on the roles of supplier, buyer, and cashier, complete with play money, price negotiations, and store-style promotions. For a moment, they experienced firsthand what it feels like to be part of Kawan Lama Group's business ecosystem.
A New Chapter: Mixing Their Own Drinks and Treasure Hunting in Store
The excitement continued as the children transformed into Junior Chefs alongside F&B ID, mixing and serving their own favorite drinks to their parents during lunch.
The story then moved to a store tour at Living Plaza, where the children hunted for their favorite items using a special shopping voucher, a true taste of being young customers. The day also included a Health & Care session with Eyesoul, featuring free eye examinations, while the children decorated adventure-themed tote bags while they waited their turn.
Closing the Adventure: A Warm Embrace With Family
The day of adventure came to a close with the moment everyone had been looking forward to: Family Moment, a chance for children and parents to share stories about all the excitement of the day.
One of the participants, Rebecca, shared her thoughts after taking part in the event: "I feel very happy because I got to walk around my mom's office, and I also had a great time doing activities with new friends. Thank you, Kawan Lama Group!"
