Organized by MARKETING-INTERACTIVE in Singapore on 21 August 2025, this annual event, now in its 13th year, recognizes the most innovative loyalty and engagement programs and campaign strategies across the Asia-Pacific region, including South Asia, Southeast Asia, Australia, and New Zealand.
At the same event, F&B ID, part of Kawan Lama Group, also won the Silver award for Best Loyalty Strategy (Food & Beverage) through F&B ID mobile application, which was recognized for delivering a soulfull experience through various interesting features.
