PT Foods Beverages Indonesia (F&B ID), part of Kawan Lama Group, introduces Gindaco Yokocho, a new Japanese culinary destination that brings together authentic takoyaki and a variety of Japanese street food in one place. Located at Central Park Mall, LG Floor, Gindaco Yokocho is the first outlet to feature a concept inspired by Japan’s lively food alleys.
Gindaco Yokocho offers customers a new way to enjoy Japanese cuisine, with more variety in one destination. While takoyaki remains the signature dish and identity of Gindaco, the new concept expands the experience with “More Than Takoyaki”, featuring a wider selection of Japanese dishes to enjoy and share.
Gindaco Yokocho: More Than Just Takoyaki
In Japan, yokocho refers to small alleyways filled with food and dining spots, creating a lively atmosphere where people gather to enjoy different dishes together. Inspired by this experience, Gindaco Yokocho brings the spirit of a Japanese street food alley to its customers through freshly prepared dishes and a wider variety of Japanese culinary offerings.

Devin Widya Krisnadi, CEO of PT Foods Beverages Indonesia, said, “Gindaco is known for its takoyaki, and takoyaki remains a key part of Gindaco Yokocho. This time, we want to take the Japanese street-food snacking experience further. Customers can still enjoy their favorite takoyaki while exploring a wider selection of Japanese dishes in an atmosphere inspired by the food alleys of Japan.”
Through this concept, customers can go beyond enjoying a single dish and explore different Japanese flavors in one visit.
A Wider Selection of Japanese Street Food

Gindaco Yokocho offers a diverse selection of dishes across categories, including appetizers, agemono, takoyaki, teppanyaki, teishoku or rice sets, okonomiyaki, yakitori, taiyaki, tamago, and beverages.
Takoyaki remains Gindaco's hero and signature dish. At Gindaco Yokocho, however, customers can also explore new selections, including the Takoyaki Yokocho Signature, featuring the Salmon Mentai Series and Unagi Series.
Other menu highlights include Teishoku Sets and Yakitori, with selected dishes available starting from IDR 15,000.
With more choices in one destination, Gindaco Yokocho offers customers the flexibility to enjoy Japanese cuisine their way, whether for a quick snack, a casual meal, or sharing and trying different dishes with friends and family.
Bringing the Japanese Food Alley Experience to Life

The Gindaco Yokocho experience goes beyond its menu. Inspired by the atmosphere of yokocho, the concept translates the spirit of Japan’s food alleys into a centered dine-in experience, where the cooking process becomes part of the dining experience.
Customers can watch their food being prepared, explore different dishes, and enjoy them together. This concept is designed to create a more engaging dining experience and bring more excitement to every visit.
“What we want to offer is not simply a wider selection of dishes, but also the experience behind them. There is something exciting about watching food being prepared, choosing different dishes, and enjoying them together. This is the spirit we want to bring to Gindaco Yokocho, creating more joy in every bite,” Devin concluded.
Gindaco Yokocho: A New Destination for Japanese Cuisine

Combining Gindaco’s signature takoyaki, a diverse selection of Japanese street food, and an atmosphere inspired by Japan’s food alleys, Gindaco Yokocho offers a new Japanese culinary destination at Central Park Mall for customers looking to explore a wider range of flavors in one place.
Takoyaki remains the star, now joined by more Japanese dishes and a more dynamic dining experience. Through Gindaco Yokocho, F&B ID continues its role as a Curator & Creator of Global Flavours, bringing global culinary experiences that are relevant and accessible to Indonesian consumers.
