Floods and landslides in Aceh, Medan, and Padang resulted in loss of life and property among affected communities, forcing many residents to leave their homes and seek refuge. As a token of care, Kawan Lama Group, through the Kawan Lama Foundation, together with AZKO and INFORMA, provided various support to communities affected by the disasters.

The support includes more than 2,500 units of folding mattresses, pillows, and blankets, which were distributed through the Regional Disaster Management Agency (BPBD) and local city governments to help meet basic needs.

Living World Pekanbaru also supported solidarity efforts. Together with tenants, visitors, and employees, Living World Pekanbaru collected and distributed aid in the form of basic food packages and wearable clothing.

Concern was also shown by Pet Kingdom for pets living in Aceh, Medan, and Padang, to help support their well-being while staying in evacuation shelters. Through NBBC (New Bulu Boss Community), Pet Kingdom helped distribute up to 1.5 tons of pet food donated by customers, brand vendors, and the British School Jakarta.

Hopefully, this multi-stakeholder support, driven by a shared spirit of solidarity, will help communities affected by the disaster recover.
