That's the spirit behind Better You in Action, an employee volunteering program that gives employees the space to step up, collaborate, and contribute beyond their daily work routines.
The program debuted on June 13 and 20, 2026, at Bank Sampah Berdikari. Twenty employees showed up and made their presence count by sorting inorganic waste, practising urban farming, crafting eco-enzymes, building ecobricks, and transforming used water gallons into colorful flower pots.
Adeline Ausy Setiawan, HCBP & Strategic Marketing Service Director, shared that Better You in Action was created as a tangible expression of the company's core values. "This program is our proof that company values aren't just words on paper — they're actions that create real impact. We believe every employee has a responsibility, including toward the waste they produce themselves. Through Better You in Action, we want to empower our employees to not only contribute in the workplace, but to become true agents of change for the environment around them," she said.
