The award followed a rigorous evaluation process by a panel of judges from the Ministry of Trade, the Ministry of Tourism, and the Ministry of Cooperatives and SMEs, in recognition of AZKO's consistent performance, continuous innovation, and meaningful contribution to advancing the big store retail format across the country.
The award was presented during the Opening Ceremony of the Indonesia Retail Summit & Expo (IRSE) 2026, held at Swissôtel PIK Avenue, Jakarta, on August 26, 2026. It was handed over directly by Dr. Budi Santoso, M.Si., Minister of Trade of the Republic of Indonesia, and received by Teresa Wibowo, Director of PT Aspirasi Hidup Indonesia Tbk.
