Tarisa Widya Krisnadi

Starting her career as Junior Auditor, and then to purchasing role, Tarisa joined Kawan Lama Group in 1995 as Finance Staff of PT Kawan Lama Sejahtera, then became the Merchandising Head of PT ACE Hardware Indonesia Tbk. Her career journey continues where she is now the Managing Director of PT ACE Hardware Indonesia Tbk. Her career path in the company's development has led her to the position of Managing Director. Her duties are to establish business management policies to support the organization to innovate and being adaptive through the strategy of product and service development. With the aim to accommodate the market demands and sustainable industrial growth, while also creating revenue optimization and cost-effectiveness strategies to achieve business growth, as well as managing an organizational system that support individual development and inspiring performance productivity. She graduated as a Bachelor of Science from the Faculty of Business Administration, Oregon State University, USA, then took an MBA in Business Administration Study Program - School of Business and Management, Institut Teknologi Bandung.
